Joltik

Joltik is the smallest pokemon and it's amazing how cute it is for being based of one of the most ugly horrifying animals in existence. Growing up in a wooded area myself, I'm aware how disgusting it is to see ticks in real life. And if you're lucky enough to see them without getting too close, you will see them "questing" like this with their front legs reaching out to grab anything that touches the blade of grass they are on. Luckily though, Joltiks don't hunt you down for blood and just want to rub off a little static from you which is much more harmless and kinda cute with their fuzzy bodies and bog adorable blue eyes. Plus they are so tiny! Instead of drawing it more like it's gross tick inspiration, i favored more the side of a tarantula which isn't nearly as disturbing and can be cute in its own weird rights sometimes. 

This is my 8th favorite pokemon.
